Brian, you've accomplished so much over the last thirty years, and all by yourself and with your wits (and friends, I'm sure).  Great job! You are an inspiration. 

I've secretly been dreaming that my house burns down and I can use insurance money to build a yurt.  We'll see.  Till then, I'll keep recycling, the lights off, the windows open at night and cuddling w/ the cat.  C U!
